Express service attracts a surcharge. Sandblasting and surface preparation services are not available under the express turnaround option.

5-Stage Surface Preparation Process

The quality of a powder-coated finish starts with proper surface preparation.
Our multi-metal pretreatment process is designed to maximise coating
adhesion, durability, and corrosion resistance across a wide range of
materials.

Pretreatment Tank Capacity

4000mm × 1200mm × 1200mm

Process 1: Degreasing

Using Prelude LGP, a specialised alkaline immersion cleaner designed for steel and aluminium, contaminants such as oils, grease, and  manufacturing residues are removed to ensure a clean surface prior to coating.

Process 2: Multi-Metal Passivation

Using SurTec 609GV, an advanced trivalent chromium passivation treatment suitable for steel, aluminium, galvanised steel, zinc-coated materials, and zinc die-cast components. This process creates a uniform nano-coating layer that enhances paint adhesion and improves long-term corrosion protection.

Process 3–5: Rinsing and Final Preparation

A series of controlled rinsing and preparation stages ensure all surfaces are thoroughly conditioned before powder application, delivering a high-quality finish and long-lasting performance.
